Nasty associate at Jenison FF.
There is a girl named Kelli at the FF in Jenison that is just plain nasty. She doesn't greet you, doesn't put the groceries in the cart and has a nasty attitude.
We have been shopping at that store for years and have never had a cashier like her. I am a former associate of D&W (17 years) and know that their associates were always friendly, courteous and helpful. I am not the only one that has experienced and observed this about her. Please train your associates to treat their customers with courtesy.
I am 86 years old and have experienced a lot of different associates in this store. Judy, Jo and Melissa are great.
If this person is the only one at the checkout, I will leave. Will not go through her checkout again!
